Taking a detour to charge the car for about 15-20%, we reached the BPCL charging station around midnight (12:15 AM). On our way to the charging station, Mr. Debjit Sarkar helped us install the app (IONAGE) and top up the wallet for the BPCL charger. Upon arrival, the app indicated that the charger was online and operational.

However, when we plugged in our car, the charger failed to initiate charging and displayed an error.

Mr. Debijt and GURUJI: Mr Asheesh Arora, (The EV Man ) displayed commendable support, assisting us even during the late hours of the night. Despite numerous attempts, including hard resets by switching off the main supply, the issue persisted. Their efforts and dedication were truly appreciated in this challenging situation.

After trying for about more than an hour and exploring various options for DC charger, We asked if they had a normal 16 AMP socket in the petrol station so that we could use our slow charger, unfortunately they did not have one.
