Mr. Asheesh Arora, who has been an invaluable asset throughout our journey, extended an invitation for a meetup with fellow members of the EV community in the afternoon. Regrettably, we couldn't make it due to prior commitments, so we decided to meet him later in the evening in Gurugram. It was a pleasure to finally meet him in person and express our gratitude for his continuous support and assistance.

During our meeting, we shared our experiences from the long journey across India, discussing the challenges we faced and the evolving landscape of charging infrastructure and the EV ecosystem in the country. Mr. Arora enlightened us about his ongoing efforts to establish the EV community's own Charging Point Operator (CPO) by raising funds. We also discussed the need for a universal app in India, which would simplify charging for EV users by allowing access to multiple charging networks without the hassle of managing multiple apps and wallets.

Impressed by Mr. Arora's dedication and commitment to the EV community, we learned that he is available round the clock, earning him the title of "Guruji" of EVs, or "The EV Man" of India. Without his invaluable insights and unwavering support, we wouldn't have had the confidence to embark on this journey, especially in a foreign land with limited experience in EVs (I've driven my EV for around 2000 Kms in 3 months prior to this trip).

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Arora and all the members of the incredibly active and supportive EV community of 'The EV Trip... India and Beyond' (https://t.me/theevtrip). Their assistance and support played a crucial role in ensuring the success and smoothness of our journey.
